About Gene Jones Insurance Agency, Inc

Greg and Angie Jones are co-owners of Gene Jones Insurance Agency, having worked in the family insurance business for more than 20 years. Greg is the office manager and financial officer, while Angie writes and services business and personal insurance needs. Both enjoy spending time outdoors, in the mountains and at the beach, and with Jesus, each other, and family.

Gene and Norma Jones

Gene and Norma Jones founded Gene Jones Insurance Agency in 1997. Before opening the agency, Gene’s other occupations included farming, sales, and insurance with Alfa Insurance. Gene is now retired and loves to spend time outdoors, tending his garden and working on his antique tractors.

Norma Jones

Norma is an integral part of Gene Jones Insurance Agency's start and continued success. She is currently a personal lines agent in the office. Before insurance, Norma was the worship leader at Coosada Baptist Church for several years. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Hope has enjoyed helping business owners and individuals find the insurance coverage and bonds they need at Gene Jones Insurance Agency for over three years. Hope earned her degree in finance from Auburn University and has over 10 years of experience helping businesses and individuals with their investing and finance needs. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Stuart, their families, and friends on the lake, at the beach, or in the mountains.

Carolyn Hewlett

Carolyn has been a personal lines agent in our office for more than 20 years. Her hobbies include shopping, exercising, playing with her great-grandkids, and spending time with family. She and her husband traveled and lived all over the world with the Air Force before landing in Millbrook. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience as she’s been working in insurance since 1984. She has a love for Jesus and His word. 3 John 2

Micki Jackson

Micki has worked at Gene Jones Insurance Agency for more than 10 years as a customer service representative. Before joining our team, she was a teacher and Christian bookstore owner. She enjoys reading, watching good movies, and spending time surrounded by her family around the fire pit.
